This section of links is dedicated to the fact that faith in Jesus, the Son of God, is both True and Reasonable. Our faith in Christ is not a "maybe" thing. It is a fact as reliable as the daily rising of the sun. These links are intended to help you in your search for truth.  For a list of the changes to the Truth and Reason Site, see the What's New page.  For a list of pages around the Internet with links to Truth and Reason, see the Referer Links page.

  • General Indexes/Search Engines
    All-in-One, MCU, Goshen, ICL, ...
Many have done excellent jobs cataloging the Christian resources on the web. With the help of these other indexes, you can find anything.
  • Church History
    Christian Classics ...
The history of the church helps us understand how we got where we are today. It also shows us the sources of differing doctrines and denominations. We see people who fought for the truth and people who departed from it.
  • Religions, Denominations, Religious Groups
    Yahoo:Religion ...
Jesus claimed to be the only way to God, and prayed for unity in his one church. Today there are hundreds of groups and denominations acting separately and teaching dramatically different things. These links are the most authoritative sources we could find on the web to state what each religion and denomination teaches. You can decide which of them most closely reflect Jesus' teachings.
  • International churches of Christ
    ICOC main ...
We love God and live by the Bible. We seek simply to be disciples of Jesus, and someone called us the "international churches of Christ" because we are making an impact for Christ around the world. It seems a fitting description.

Some claim that there can be no proof of God. However, any seeker of the truth would look for evidence and witnesses. In fact there is overwhelming and compelling evidence

  • that Jesus is the Son of God,
  • that the Bible is the Word of God,
  • that God created us and loves us,
  • that there are moral absolutes distinguishing right from wrong,
  • and that it matters to God how we believe in and worship Him.

As we develop this website, we will try to make the facts about the historical and spiritual truth of Christianity available to those who visit here. As you follow the links, we hope that you will grow in your conviction about the truth, setting aside traditions, rumors, feelings, and biases.

Many people have done excellent work cataloging the information on the Internet. Our goal is not to duplicate their efforts, but to build upon them while adding commentary of our own. Obviously, we will agree with the opinions expressed on some of the pages that we link to and we will disagree with others. Our hope and prayer is that you will treat all opinions with a healthy skepticism, that you will be a seeker of truth, and that as you become convinced of the facts about Jesus and Christianity, that you will decide to be his disciple.
